Tuesday Speed at Harbor Island

A free weekly community run for those who want to get more out of running.

Every Tuesday at 6:00am we meet at Harbor Island Park for a speed session. The workout is structured — intervals, pacing, real work. We have podium and age group finishers, and runners still building their base. All are welcome, all are pushed.

Workouts post to Strava every week before Tuesday morning.

Chase started running after graduating college with no fitness goals in mind and sorta fell into running. A coworker — a triathlete — encouraged him to “try running” and what started as an idea for a hobby is now a core identity.

Chase started this group with a fairly simple vision in mind. “Let’s get people together who like to run” and “let’s make it free.” Chase is that guy who can’t stop talking about running, but what he loves more is running with people — he really believes in the “it takes a village” mindset to get the most out of running. He leads the weekly speed sessions and writes the workouts for the group.
